Install from the Bitrix24 Marketplace, connect a WhatsApp number, route to an Open Channel. That's it.

1. Install from Marketplace

Open the Bitrix24 Marketplace, find Quick AI Chat, click Install. Approve the standard permissions — CRM, Open Channels, Business Processes, plus the minimum Users scope.

2. Connect a number

Pick your transport: paste WhatsApp Cloud API credentials, link your Business API endpoint, or pair WhatsApp Web with a QR code. Map each number to a Bitrix24 Open Channel.

3. Start messaging

Inbound WhatsApp messages flow into the Open Channel and create CRM Leads automatically. Outbound replies go from the operator's chat window or from CRM record tabs.

Compliance & Security

Customer data is hosted in Türkiye. Authentication, encryption, and retention follow KVKK and GDPR requirements.

Data residency

All customer data — credentials, conversation logs, integration tokens — is hosted on servers physically located in the Datacasa data center, Istanbul, Türkiye. Data does not leave the country for storage purposes.

Cross-border transfer occurs only when necessary for the actual function: messages going to Meta servers for WhatsApp delivery, or to your chosen AI provider when you opt in.

Retention & deletion

Conversation logs are kept on a 90-day rolling window for active subscriptions, automatically cleaned up after that. Inactive accounts are deleted 60 days after deactivation.

OAuth tokens and API keys are deleted immediately on uninstall or upon written request. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

Authentication & encryption

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are stored using one-way hashing — we never see plaintext. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest in the database.

Rate limiting, input validation, and HTTP security headers are applied on every public endpoint.

Customer rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data at any time. Email info@quickinfotech.tr and we respond within 30 days.
