2. Test account on the Quick AI Chat panel
Use these credentials to log in to the standalone web panel (the install flow asks for these after authorising the Bitrix24 app):

This account has the full Pro feature set of the app — Cloud API, Business API, WhatsApp Web, all Business Process robots, AI reply integration. It does not have administrator access to the Quick AI Chat platform itself: it cannot manage other tenants, cannot view billing for other accounts, and cannot modify system-wide configuration. This is the intended permission level for marketplace testing.

4. Recommended test scenario
- Install the app on a fresh or sandbox Bitrix24 portal from the Marketplace listing. Approve the requested permissions (CRM, Open Channels, Contact Center, Users — minimum, Business Processes, Mobile application, Commercial catalog, Application embedding, Chat and Notifications).
- Log in to the embedded Quick AI Chat panel using the test account credentials above.
- Verify the connector appears in your Bitrix24 Contact Center as
Quick AI Chat with a green checkmark.
- Map the test number to one of your Open Channels in the panel's Numbers tab.
- Send an inbound message from any WhatsApp number to the test number. Confirm it appears in the linked Open Channel and creates a CRM Lead automatically.
- Reply from Bitrix24 in the Open Channel chat. Confirm the reply lands on the originating WhatsApp.
- Open any CRM Lead/Deal/Contact and switch to the
Quick AI Chat tab. Verify the Send Message form works with both free text and a template.
- Try a Business Process robot: in any BP workflow, add the
WhatsApp Mesaj Gönder (Quick AI Chat) robot and verify it sends correctly.
- Uninstall the app from the Marketplace and confirm the connector and placements are cleaned up.
5. Permissions justification
Brief explanation of why each requested permission is required:
- CRM (full) — to create / update Leads, Contacts, Deals from inbound WhatsApp messages and to attach conversation history to the CRM record timeline.
- Open Channels (full) — to register the Quick AI Chat connector and route messages between WhatsApp and Bitrix24 Open Channels.
- Contact center (widgets) — to register the connector tile in the Contact Center.
- Users (minimum) — to fetch operator names for routing inbound messages. Only
ID, NAME, LAST_NAME, PERSONAL_PHOTO are read; no contact information.
- Business Processes (full) — to register and run the three workflow robots (Send Message, Send File, Send Template).
- Mobile application — to embed the panel UI in the Bitrix24 mobile app.
- Commercial catalog (full) — to attach product / catalog data when sending order-related WhatsApp templates.
- Application embedding — to register placements in CRM Lead/Deal/Contact detail tabs and activity menus.
- Chat and Notifications (full) — required for WhatsApp ↔ Bitrix24 chat bridging: reading inbound messages, posting outbound messages, and connecting users to chats.
