1. Veri Sorumlusu
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, Quick Infotech (bundan sonra "Şirket" olarak anılacaktır) sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin sizleri aydınlatmak isteriz. İşbu metin, https://bot.quickinfotech.tr üzerinde sunulan WPBot / Quick AI Chat hizmetlerine üye olurken paylaştığınız verilerin işlenmesine dairdir.
2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
- Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad, soyad
- İletişim Bilgileri: E-posta adresi, telefon numarası (ülke kodu dahil)
- Hesap Güvenlik Bilgileri: Şifre (şifrelenmiş/hash'lenmiş şekilde saklanır)
- İşlem ve Kullanım Bilgileri: Üyelik tarihi, IP adresi, oturum bilgileri, panel kullanım kayıtları
- Referans Bilgisi: Varsa kullandığınız referans/promosyon kodu
- WhatsApp Entegrasyon Verileri: Hesabınıza bağladığınız WhatsApp numarası ve gönderilen/alınan mesajların yönlendirme/saklama kayıtları
3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:
- Üyelik kaydının oluşturulması, doğrulanması ve yönetilmesi
- Sunulan hizmetin (WhatsApp mesajlaşma altyapısı, panel erişimi, AI yanıtlama vb.) sağlanması
- Kullanıcı kimliğinin doğrulanması ve hesap güvenliğinin sağlanması
- Müşteri destek taleplerinin karşılanması
- Fatura, ödeme ve abonelik süreçlerinin yürütülmesi
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi (vergi, ticari defter, KVKK/GDPR uyumu vb.)
- Hizmet kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi ve hata/dolandırıcılık tespiti
- Açık rızanız olması halinde, ürün/kampanya bilgilendirmesi yapılması
4. İşlemenin Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz KVKK m. 5/2 kapsamında; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi, hakların tesisi ve korunması ile veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri hukuki sebepleriyle ve açık rızanızın gerektiği hallerde rızanıza dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.
5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması
Verileriniz; hizmet sunumunun gerektirdiği ölçüde aşağıdaki taraflarla paylaşılabilir:
- Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API hizmeti kapsamında)
- Bulut altyapı ve barındırma sağlayıcıları
- Ödeme kuruluşları (abonelik/ödeme işlemleri için)
- Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları (yasal talep halinde)
Verileriniz, yurtdışında bulunan hizmet sağlayıcıları (örn. Meta, bulut sağlayıcıları) aracılığıyla işlenebilir. Bu aktarım, KVKK m. 9 ve ilgili Kurul kararları çerçevesinde yapılır.
6. Kişisel Veri Saklama Süresi
Verileriniz, üyeliğiniz devam ettiği sürece ve sonrasında ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı süreleri boyunca saklanır. Süre sona erdiğinde veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir. Mesaj geçmişiniz, ayarlarınızdaki saklama politikasına (varsayılan 90/60 gün) göre düzenli olarak temizlenir.
7. Veri Sahibinin Hakları (KVKK m. 11)
Veri sahibi olarak Şirketimize başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK m. 7'de öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlenen verilerin analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhe bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme
- Verilerin kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle uğranılan zararın giderilmesini talep etme

8. Açık Rıza Beyanı
İşbu Aydınlatma Metni'ni okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı; üyelik kaydı kapsamında paylaştığınız kişisel verilerin yukarıda belirtilen amaç, hukuki sebep, aktarım ve süreler çerçevesinde işlenmesine açık rızanızla onay verdiğinizi, "Okudum ve Onaylıyorum" butonuna tıklayarak beyan etmiş olursunuz.
1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Quick Infotech (the "Company") wishes to inform you about the processing of your personal data. This notice concerns the data you share when registering for the WPBot / Quick AI Chat services provided at https://bot.quickinfotech.tr.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity data: First name, last name
- Contact data: Email address, phone number (including country code)
- Account security data: Password (stored encrypted/hashed)
- Transaction and usage data: Registration date, IP address, session data, panel usage records
- Referral data: Referral/promotion code, if used
- WhatsApp integration data: The WhatsApp number linked to your account and the routing/storage records of messages sent and received
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating, verifying and managing your account
- Providing the service (WhatsApp messaging infrastructure, panel access, AI replies, etc.)
- Verifying your identity and securing your account
- Responding to customer support requests
- Running invoicing, payment and subscription processes
- Meeting legal obligations (tax, commercial records, KVKK/GDPR compliance, etc.)
- Improving service quality and detecting errors or fraud
- Sending product and campaign information, where you have given explicit consent
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of the conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment and protection of rights, and the legitimate interests of the data controller — and, where explicit consent is required, on the basis of your consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
To the extent required to deliver the service, your data may be shared with:
- Meta Platforms Inc. (within the scope of the WhatsApp Cloud API service)
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
- Payment institutions (for subscription and payment transactions)
- Authorised public institutions (upon lawful request)
Your data may be processed through service providers located abroad (e.g. Meta, cloud providers). Such transfers are carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK and the relevant decisions of the Turkish Data Protection Board.
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as your membership continues and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Once the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your message history is cleared regularly according to the retention policy in your settings (90/60 days by default).
7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights by contacting us:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis of the data
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
